My coaching packages combine fortnightly mindset calls with alternating application calls – because I know, sometimes you just want somebody you trust and who gets it to work through the tricky bits with, or to throw all your practical questions at. This combination means we’ll spend 3 months together that are filled with momentum; breaking down barriers, working at a steady pace with support and accountability, to get you from right now to where you want to be in small, achievable and effective steps.

- Fortnightly Mindset coaching calls (45 mins each) where we’ll dig into your thoughts, feelings and desired results. Together, we’ll uncover the obstacles, mindset issues and real-world barriers that are stopping you from getting what or where you want.
- Monthly Strategy & Application calls (45 mins) where we’ll get hands-on and practical together – writing that sales page, drafting your book proposal, creating your next podcast or product, or whatever else you need to get done, and get out of your way.
